  • Low impact specs (like can lights, landscape lighting, faucets, hinges, etc) up to the client and/or builder

ADA (American Disabilities Act) + Age-In-Place Analysis

  • Meeting intendend for guidance on use of space, products or specifications are not part of scope unless Designer deems neccessary and pertaining directly to ADA

  • Designer will identify what works, and what wont work with your plan or space

  • Designer to provide marked up plan with notes based on meeting discussions
